For stainless steel, while it’s not silver, it delivers the same look and shine—plus it’s stronger, more durable, and more affordable, making it a great alternative.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Stainless steel jewelry is highly resistant to tarnish, scratches, and everyday wear. Sterling silver may naturally darken over time, but it can easily be polished back to its original shine.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 7 business days. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, shipping may take an additional 7–14 days, though delays that long are rare.

Do you accept exchanges?
We do not process exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you’ll need to request a refund and place a new order.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your order number and confirmation. A $6.95 return fee applies. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

What is your warranty?
We offer free returns within 14 days. If your jewelry tarnishes within 30 days of wear, we can accept it back for a partial refund. Anything beyond 30 days is not covered under our warranty.

How do I size my bracelet?
Our standard bracelets are 18–20 cm, which fits most wrists. Larger sizes are also available if you prefer a looser fit.
